BAR Rate: Eligible reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. The cancellation is free of charge 14 days before the date of arrival; after this time, we charge the guests 90% of the room rate for the whole stay as a cancellation fee.

Group booking (3 rooms and more): Guests booking more than 2 rooms must pay the total booking cost in advance. If canceled or modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or in case of a no-show, 90% of the reservation will be charged.

"No-shows" are charged the total contracted amount of the reservation. 

If a reservation is booked within a 72-hour window, the deposit of one night's room and tax is non-refundable.

We will still have a policy of charging 50% of accommodation on the day of booking and another 50% 30 days before arrival.
